# Adding Shield to Telegram Groups

## Step 1:

Add <https://t.me/ChatterShieldBot> to your Telegram Group

## Step 2:&#x20;

Make the bot an admin

* 3 vertical dots (top right of channel) --> Manage Group --> Administrators --> Add Administrator --> Select Chatter Shield Bot

Click Save once you have promoted the bot to an admin role.
